What You Will Do:*Recommend and provide appropriate OT equipment, oversee major adaptations, and create safe and effective moving and handling plans.
*Offer supervision, case management, and expert guidance to Occupational Therapy colleagues and social care staff.
*Screen incoming referrals to the OT service and take appropriate action where necessary.
*Allocate cases, authorise OT assessments, and ensure timely and effective distribution of equipment.
*Provide specialist OT advice to access advisors, team managers, and other professionals.
*Make internal and external referrals to relevant services as required to support client needs.
Requirements:*HCPC registration is essential.
*Strong knowledge of major adaptations, moving and handling, and community-based OT practice.
