NEW - Commercial Disputes Partner
This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Commercial Disputes Partner to join a highly regarded Legal 500 multi-service firm.
The firm is stable, solvent and is known for its collaborative and friendly culture.
The role involves advising on matters to include, but not limited to:
*contract disputes
*shareholder and partnership disputes
*professional negligence
*distribution and franchise agreements
*mediation and ADR
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
*20+ years’ PQE (guideline only)
*Stable career as a commercial litigator
*Proven management experience
*Proven new business development experience
*A loyal network of referrers and corporate contacts
This is a rare opportunity that would suit a partner who is ready to step up into a leadership role or who is blocked from progressing at their current firm.
