*Manage end-to-end payroll both monthly and weekly including processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
*Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
*Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively and professionally.
*Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll-related matters.
*Ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment laws.
*Implement and improve payroll processes and systems where necessary.
*Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
*Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
*Strong understanding of tax legislation and employment laws in the UK.
*Experience working within a professional Accounting & Finance environment.
