Who This Role Suits
*This position would be ideal if you are:
*An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
*A Psychology (or related) graduate keen to gain practical experience
*Able to travel to Dunstable
*Passionate about supporting children with additional needs


Key SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
*Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
*Delivering 1:1 and small-group support
*Assisting teachers with individual learning plans
*Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
*Helping create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment


We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
*Patient, caring, and dependable
*Experienced working with children (SEN experience is a bonus, not a must)
