Sales Administrator – Weybridge (Addlestone Area)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Weybridge. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great benefits and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a professional environment.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
Rates of Pay
• £14.50 per hour

As a Sales Administrator, you will receive:
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing by one day per year up to 28 days once permanent)

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Coordinating and managing rental bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated
• Processing vehicle orders and managing documentation from order through to delivery
• Arranging deliveries with suppliers or in-house hauliers
• Assisting with invoicing and ensuring all transactions are accurately documented
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports
• Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
• Acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries, providing updates and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Sales Administrator, you will need:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced administration or customer support role (ideally within sales, logistics, or a similar industry)
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple workflows, and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with booking systems (e.g. KEY2 / JAMMA)
• High level of accuracy in record-keeping, order processing, and customer service
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues efficiently
Desirable Skills
• Experience with logistics or rental management software
• Knowledge of vehicle fleet management processes
Training Provided

• Ongoing support throughout your placement
