An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager – Clinical to join a nursing and residential care home in Colchester that is currently entering a new and progressive phase of development.
This is a fantastic role for a strong Nurse Qualified leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and is looking to grow within a supportive organisation that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to:
*Provide strong clinical leadership across the service
*Support and mentor the nursing and care team
*Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
*Oversee medication management, care planning and clinical compliance
*Support quality assurance and regulatory standards
*Play a key role in driving improvements during an exciting period of change
This position is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and influencing positive change.
About You
*Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
*Strong clinical background within a nursing home setting
*Previous management or senior nurse experience desirable
*Confident supporting audits, governance and compliance
*Passionate about delivering high-quality care
*Ambitious and keen to develop further within a growing organisation
