Description
The Interim Legal Counsel position will involve the following tasks:
*Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts related to Technology, and IT procurement.
*Provide legal advice on procurement matters to internal stakeholders.
*Ensure the protection of company interests in supplier agreements and contracts.
*Support the resolution of disputes or issues arising from procurement activities.
*Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to mitigate risks.
*Conduct legal research to support procurement processes and decisions.
*Assist in developing and updating procurement policies and procedures.


Profile
A successful Interim Legal Counsel should have the following skills and experience:
*Have a strong background of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
*Have experience of negotiating contracts relation to the procurement of technology products, software and equipment.
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced role.
*Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
