Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
*Managing a caseload which includes family and matrimonial matters, a range of civil litigation including property, commercial and employment disputes
*Appearing in courts and tribunals, developing strong advocacy skills
*Advising clients confidently and conducting legal research on complex matters
*Working with autonomy while collaborating closely with colleagues


Profile
The Litigation Solicitor should be:
*A qualified solicitor in Scotland with 0-2 years’ PQE
*Experienced or trained in litigation, ideally with some family law exposure
*Confident appearing in court or keen to build advocacy experience
*Commercially aware and capable of managing files independently
*Driven, adaptable and enthusiastic about developing across practice areas
