Procurement Specialist London (City) | 3 Days per Week
Up to £65,000 plus 15-20% bonus

The Opportunity Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships, and driving data-led procurement decisions.
This role offers genuine exposure, autonomy, and the chance to influence how procurement delivers value across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing * Analyse spend and procurement performance to uncover cost-saving and value-creation opportunities
* Build and maintain cost models, market intelligence, and spend analytics datasets
* Lead mid-value sourcing projects and RFx processes end-to-end
* Conduct in-depth market and supplier analysis
* Support supplier engagement, negotiations, and contract activity
* Produce insightful procurement performance reports (both regular and ad hoc)
* Contribute to developing templates, documentation, and scalable procurement processes
About You You’re analytical, proactive, and commercially aware - someone who enjoys working with data but is equally confident engaging stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
* 5 years’ procurement experience
* Strong analytical capability and confidence interpreting complex datasets
* Experience working with procurement analytics and large spend datasets
* Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement best practice
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience using Source-to-Pay and analytics tools
* Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capability
