Job Description:
ROLE
The Warehouse Operative helps with all matters relating to the warehousing, packing and processing of client orders. It involves order dispatch, goods handling, decanting and packing.
LINE MANAGER
Reporting to Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
*Packing client orders
*Assisting with client collections
*Delivering to clients at New Covent Garden Market
*Assisting with stock control and stock takes
*Decanting juices from dolavs
*Labelling bottles and packing them into boxes
*Creating box samples
*Warehousing & cleaning / tidying
*Loading/unloading goods for our drivers
Experience & Skills
We’d hope to see evidence of the following:
*Forklift driving is essential (ideally Reach and Counterbalance)
*Warehouse experience (minimum 3 years)
*High attention to detail
*Good computer proficiency
*Experience with Customer Service
*Good verbal and communication skills
*Be enthusiastic and engaging to deliver the highest standards of service
PACKAGE & SCHEDULE
*Annual Salary of £28,808 (£13.85 per hour)
*Working Days are Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
*Shift Time is 7am to 15:30 am (8 hours plus 30 min unpaid break)
*28 days of holidays per year
