Description
*Prepare and manage accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
*Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
*Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
*Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and analysis.
*Monitor and control financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
*Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*CIMA/ACCA qualified (recently qualified in industry preferred)
*Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
*Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
