Private Client Solicitor (1-3 years’)

The Opportunity
The Private Client team advises individuals and families across the UK on a broad range of matters. You will manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision, including:
*Estate planning and succession matters
*Executry administration
*Trust creation and management
*Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax considerations
*Client meetings
*Cross-referral work with other departments
You will work closely with an experienced team, gaining strong client exposure and responsibility from an early stage.
About You
*1-3 years’ PQE with previous private client experience
*Strong technical knowledge across wills, executries and trusts
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Organised, proactive and capable of managing your own caseload
*Compassionate and empathetic approach to client matters
*Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
STEP qualification or dual qualification (Scotland & England & Wales) is desirable but not essential.
