Our Client on the outskirts of Dunmow is looking for a hands-on Customer Services Advisor to join their team in lovely offices with free parking! this role offers full training and a lovely team environment!
If you’re organised, and enjoy working in a team then this is a role you will thrive in.
The Customer Service role (day-to-day):
*First point of contact for customers emails and livechat
*Log new queries on orders and deliveries
*Manage the shared service inbox and keep notes fully updated
*Update customer portals with job status, parts, follow-ups
*Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve queries
*Send emails, chase updates and keep SLAs on track
*Raise simple quotes and follow up notes when required
*Maintain accurate client history and service documentation
What you’ll need:
*Good customer services manner
*Admin accuracy and confident on IT systems
*Someone keen to learn, reliable, team-focused
*Driving licence useful but not essential
*Good sense of humour!
