Job Description:
Dartford | £32,000 | OTE 45k
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm | Office-based
A relationship-led commercial role with genuine progression — ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, asking great questions, and spotting opportunities.
This isn’t a traditional "hunter" sales role.
It’s about building rapport, creating interest, understanding needs, and developing long-term customer relationships — supported by a strong training programme and a collaborative team.

What the role involves
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, focused on quality conversations that uncover needs and open the door for the wider team.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Making 60+ outbound calls per day
*Building rapport quickly and professionally
*Asking strong, structured questions to understand customer needs
*Generating interest and booking high-quality appointments
*Developing ongoing client relationships — not just one-offs
*Logging activity accurately using a CRM
*Spotting opportunities and following up consistently
