Description
The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;


*Providing expert legal advice on property litigation matters to large clients across the UK
*Managing a diverse caseload which will include asset management work, development disputes.
*Representing clients in court and mediation’s when required.
*Maintaining strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
*Working closely with senior fee earners in the team
Profile
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;


*A Property Litigation Solicitor likely to be around 1-5 years PQE
*Ties to Leeds
*A track record working in Property Litigation and commercial property disputes
*Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and efficiently.
*Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
*An interest to work for a global law firm
