*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans.
*Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and guidelines.
*Facilitate effective communication between service users, their families, and other professionals.
*Provide expert guidance and support on major adaptations to local authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements:
*Experience in Major Adaptations.
*Recent local authority experience is essential.
*Must be HCPC registered.
*Valid driving licence required for travel within the local area.
