A leading international advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its high-performing Corporate Finance Lead Advisory team. This is a standout opportunity to play a pivotal role in executing complex mid-market and large-cap transactions while mentoring junior talent and contributing directly to deal origination.
You’ll work with ambitious businesses, private equity investors and entrepreneurs across diverse sectors, delivering end-to-end M&A advisory and strategic transaction support.

The OpportunityAs a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of live mandates while helping originate new opportunities. You’ll be trusted with significant client exposure and real influence over deal strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from pitch through to completion
*Manage financial analysis, valuation modelling and deal structuring
*Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders
*Oversee preparation of IMs, teasers, management presentations and marketing materials
*Coordinate due diligence processes and adviser workstreams
*Support partners with business development and origination activities
*Mentor and develop junior team members


What We’re Looking ForEssential
*Proven M&A / Lead Advisory experience within a corporate finance or investment banking environment
*Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously
*Excellent commercial judgement and client-facing confidence
*Experience supervising and developing junior staff
Desirable
*ACA / CFA / equivalent qualification
*Sector specialism (e.g. TMT, healthcare, infrastructure, business services)
*Established professional network or origination track record
