*Monitor progress, review outcomes, and adjust recommendations to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
*Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HCPC and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Need*HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
*Experience working within major adaptations or housing-based settings.
*A valid driving licence, enabling travel to community visits as required.
