Key Responsibilities
*Perform a range of therapeutic interventions in school settings tailored to SEND children.
*Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support each child’s development.
*Conduct assessments and complete the Section F of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
*Provide therapy addressing gross motor, fine motor, and sensory integration needs.
*Draft detailed reports contributing to children’s ongoing support plans.
*Travel across multiple locations in Essex (a driving licence is required).
Requirements
*HCPC registration is essential.
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable working across different school locations.
*Previous experience in paediatric occupational therapy, particularly within SEND services, is highly desirable.
