About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance division. You will be based out of our Crawley office while managing and growing the Permanent portfolio across the Sussex area.
This is a fast paced, client facing role where you will develop strong relationships, generate new business, source high quality candidates, and provide an excellent service to both clients and temporary workers.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow the Finance desk for the Sussex market
*Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
*Proactively generate new business through sales activity, business development calls, client meetings, and networking
*Source, screen, and register high calibre Permanent candidates for a range of Finance roles
*Manage the full recruitment cycle including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, compliance, placements, and post-placement care
*Maintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure all compliance standards are met
*Work closely with the wider Reed network, sharing leads, insights, and opportunities
*Deliver excellent service levels at all times, acting as an ambassador for Reed’s values
About You
*Recruitment experience OR proven sales experience in a target driven environment (essential)
*Strong communicator with the confidence to build relationships quickly
*Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
*Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
*A team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing to shared goals
*Self motivated, with the drive to grow a successful desk
