What You Will Do*Assess and treat patients in a fast-paced acute physical setting, ensuring optimal care
*Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement best-practice interventions
*Educate patients and families on treatment plans and processes
*Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional standards
*Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
Requirements*HCPC registration
*Experience in physical acute settings
*Valid driver’s license preferred for traveling between Lewisham locations
