Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - Hybrid - Bracknell
Savant are pleased to be supporting a key client in the recruitment of a commercially focused FP&A Specialist to join their European finance team. This is a high-profile opportunity within a well-established international organisation, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and real influence across budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities.
This role will suit a driven finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, adding commercial insight, and working within a collaborative, forward-thinking FP&A function. You will play a key role in supporting both Head Office and regional operations, helping to maximise profitability and improve forecast accuracy across a multi-entity European environment.
The Role * Deliver monthly performance analysis and meaningful variance commentary
* Partner with Finance Operations to ensure accurate month-end reporting
* Support budgeting and forecasting (P&L & Balance Sheet)
* Provide KPI insight and cost analysis across divisions
* Contribute to leadership reporting and European budget consolidation
* Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
About You * Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* FP&A or strong management reporting experience
* Confident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills; SAP/ERP experience advantageous
* Comfortable working in a cross-border, fast-paced environment
