Children’s Support Worker (Temporary Role)
Location: Bolton
Hours: 40–42 hours per week (mixture of days and nights)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour (Days) | £14.50 per hour (Nights)

P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Temporary Children’s Support Workers to work within a large, detached residential home in Bolton. This home supports children and young people who have experienced trauma and may present with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:*Provide high-quality care and practical support to children and young people.
*Support therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities that encourage personal growth and resilience.
*Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
*Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
*Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
We are looking for candidates who:*Are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference.
*Have experience working with children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities
*Are flexible and able to work a mixture of day and night shifts.
*Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
