As HR Team Assistant, you will;
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
*Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
*Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
*Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
*Support the organisation of training sessions and employee development initiatives.
*Respond to HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders.
*Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for the HR team.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR activities.
Profile
A successful HR Team Administrator should have:
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

*Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role.
