Head of Reporting, Group and Investments
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + outstanding benefits
Venture Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a high-profile, fast-growing organisation to recruit a Head of Reporting, Group and Investments. This is a senior leadership role with real influence over capital investment, subsidiary performance, and strategic financial decisions across the Group.
You’ll lead a specialist finance team and become the go-to expert for group reporting, capital, VAT, and subsidiary finance, shaping the organisation’s financial strategy and delivering insight to Boards and senior leaders.
What you’ll do:
*Lead 3–5-year capital plans, prioritising major investments with operations, estates, and IT
*Own and deliver monthly and year-end reporting under UK GAAP & IFRS
*Oversee statutory accounts, audits, and financial governance for subsidiaries
*Drive VAT compliance, intercompany charging, and technical accounting expertise
*Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting across the Group
*Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
Who you are:
*CCAB-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) with multi-entity experience
*Proven in capital planning, statutory reporting, and audit
*Confident influencing Boards and senior leadership
*Strategic, proactive, and commercially minded
