Role responsibilities*Multi-disciplinary collaboration: Work with a dynamic team, tackling approximately four cases per week that vary in complexity.

*Assessments and recommendations: Conduct assessments and make informed recommendations for major adaptations and complex equipment needs.

*Technical expertise: Prepare detailed sketches and read plans, offering specifications for significant works related to manual handling.

*Manual handling procedures: Ensure that all manual handling actions are safe, efficient, and in line with best practices.

*Person-centred support: Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with various health conditions and create tailored support plans for both patients and their carers.

*Team participation: Contribute to team duties, helping ensure holistic support and the best possible outcomes for patients.

Person specificationEssential:
*HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

*Full UK driving license (confident car driver).

*Experience in manual handling procedures and complex equipment assessments.

*Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
