Job Description:
My client are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Finance team that champions innovation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and budget holders to deliver robust financial insights, strengthen performance management, and support a range of strategic projects. What You’ll Do
*Produce and enhance corporate financial reports, including capital reporting and contribution analysis
*Improve clarity and usability of financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
*Act as a key finance partner for designated budget holders, offering guidance on performance and forecasts
*Analyse expenditure trends and deliver actionable insight to improve efficiency and value for money
*Support strategic projects, financial modelling, and cost-saving initiatives
*Contribute to annual financial statements, audit documentation, and broader finance objectives
*Support, train, and supervise finance staff when required
*Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
What You’ll Bring *AAT qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA)
*At least two years’ experience in a similar financial role
*Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
*Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and complex formulas)
*Experience supporting non-finance stakeholders with financial information
*Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation
*Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively
