Job Description:
Brand new, exciting opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join a well-established, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Huddersfield.
This firm offer a wide range of services to their clients, ensuring a well-rounded approach to assisting their clients with all their business needs.
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will be responsible for: *Assisting with AML documents.
*Checking, completing and the filing of annual Confirmation Statements
*Completing forms for changes of director and shareholder
*Completing forms for changes of company name, year-end, etc
*Assisting clients with company incorporations
*Maintaining the share registers, including preparing minutes for routine matters
*Filing of other forms with Companies House
*General company administration
To qualify for this Company Secretarial Assistant role, ideally you will meet the following: *Experience working as a Company Secretarial Assistant.
*3+ years’ experience working in an accountancy firm, with strong administrative experience.
*Self-motivated and able to use own initiative, with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
*Highly organised as this is a deadline driven role.
