The Role:
This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who has a proven track record of sourcing and delivering highly qualified nursery staff. You will focus exclusively on the candidate supply side, allowing our team to manage client relationships and placements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Source, attract, and engage qualified nursery professionals across the UK
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of early years talent
*Screen candidates to ensure qualifications, experience, and suitability
*Maintain accurate candidate records and provide weekly reporting
*Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates to client needs
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in sourcing and delivering qualified nursery professionals
*Strong knowledge of the UK early years sector and relevant qualification requirements
*Ability to work independently and manage your own candidate pipeline
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Results-driven with a strong focus on quality and speed of delivery
*Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools, databases, and networks in the nursery sector
