I’m supporting a large, fast-paced private equity-backed organisation that is urgently seeking an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to provide critical technical support during a busy period.
This role will suit someone who is confident working at pace, can quickly take ownership of key balance sheet areas, and is comfortable operating in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
?? Key Responsibilities *Lead on fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation and reconciliations
*Manage intangible assets and ensure accurate reporting and compliance
*Take full ownership of intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
*Support month-end close activities and deliver accurate balance sheet controls
*Work closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team to strengthen processes and ensure clean, reliable financial data
*Provide ad-hoc technical support during a period of increased activity
�? What We’re Looking For *Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - essential
*Strong experience in fixed assets and intercompany accounting
*A hands-on interim who can hit the ground running
*Experience in a private equity backed or fast-growth environment is advantageous
*Someone immediately available or able to start at very short notice
