Job Description:
Inbound Call Centre Advisor – Filton

*Start: 30th March

*Salary: £34,376 per annum + Annual Discretionary Bonus

*Hours: Shifts between 8:30am – 6:15pm (Monday – Friday) 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)

*38 hours per week

*Working Pattern: Hybrid Benefits: Free parking + fantastic benefits package


About the Role:

*Deliver high-quality customer service across inbound channels

*Handle customer queries professionally and empathetically

*Work flexibly across service areas

*Take ownership of customer calls and resolutions

*Exceed customer expectations wherever possible

*Work collaboratively within a large contact centre team


What We’re Looking For:

* Previous customer facing experience (phone or in-person)

*Strong communication skills

*Strong computer skills

*Reliability and professionalism
