What You’ll Do*Run your own section confidently during service
*Lead when senior chefs are off

*Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
*Follow strict HACCP and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For*Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
*Exposure to Rosette or quality-led kitchens preferred
*Confident leading during busy service
*Strong organisation and food safety knowledge
*Ambition to step into Junior Sous responsibility
