The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the department’s strategic direction, enhancing its profitability, and strengthening its presence in the market.

Role: Head of the Commercial Property
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000

The Role:
*Lead and supervise solicitors and support staff within the Commercial Property Department.
*Set departmental objectives, budgets, and financial targets.
*Oversee workflow, capacity planning, and resourcing.
*Ensure consistent quality standards, risk management, and client care.
Essential Criteria
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
*Proven experience managing a complex commercial property caseload.
*Experience supervising or leading solicitors or teams.
*Strong business development and client relationship track record.
