We are recruiting for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hospitality venue in Hamble. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership-focused kitchen role within a renowned setting known for exceptional standards and high-profile events.
Based in beautiful Hamble, this role offers stability with a set Wednesday to Sunday rota, the chance to work alongside an experienced Head Chef, and real scope to develop your career as a Chef within a quality-driven environment near Southampton.

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining exceptional standards:
*Lead, train and mentor junior kitchen staff including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
*Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets quality and consistency standards
*Support restaurant service, bar food, functions and events
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
*Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, COSHH and HACCP
*Complete all kitchen documentation accurately and on time

To succeed as Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll need:
*Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment
*Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and training junior chefs
*Strong organisation and time management skills
*Passion for fresh food and consistently high standards
*A calm, reliable and solutions-focused approach during busy service
*Sound knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and environmental health standards
