*Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation.
*Prepare and maintain payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support wider financial operations.
*Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries professionally.
*Maintain up-to-date records and implement best practices in payroll management.
*Assist in audits and reporting requirements specific to the not-for-profit sector.

Profile
A successful Payroll Lead should have:
*Proven experience in payroll management within the not-for-profit industry.
*MUST HAVE iTRENT exposure
*Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
