Job Description:
Employment Solicitor | Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | Career Progression Sacco Mann is delighted to be recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing law firm in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Employment Lawyer to join a dynamic and supportive team, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The firm has an established client base across Greater Manchester and beyond, offering high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload including:
* Employment Tribunal claims and disputes
* Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements
* Redundancy and restructuring advice
* Employment policy review and advisory work
* Providing strategic HR and commercial employment advice
You will work closely with colleagues while maintaining responsibility for your own matters, delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Employment Law
* Proven ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters
* Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills
* Excellent client care and communication ability
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
