New Client Account Manager – Managed Recruitment Campaigns (Part-Time, Freelance)£20 per hour + 10% commission
16–20 hours per week | 12-month contract
Fully remote | Flexible hours | April 2026 start
We are an early-stage freelance recruitment business launching a new Managed Recruitment Campaign service for UK SMEs.
Our model acts as a freelance internal recruiter, managing hiring campaigns using a client’s own advertising channels — providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional recruitment agencies.
We are now looking for a New Client Account Manager to win new SME clients from scratch and progress them through to signed recruitment campaigns.
This is a pure new-business role with no existing clients, no inbound leads, and no sales infrastructure. You will work independently alongside the founder, who delivers all recruitment campaigns.
The Role
This is a hands-on, research-led new client acquisition role. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new recruitment campaigns with UK SMEs.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Researching UK industries and identifying SMEs likely to be hiring
*Building and managing your own prospect lists
*Proactively emailing, calling, and messaging decision-makers
*Pitching our Managed Recruitment Campaign service to business owners and hiring managers
*Booking and running discovery calls
*Closing new client campaigns
*Handing secured clients to the founder for delivery
*Maintaining light follow-up to encourage repeat business
You are not responsible for candidate sourcing or delivery.
This is not a call-centre role. The focus is on targeted outreach, quality conversations, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
What You’ll Need
*Proven B2B sales experience (UK market preferred)
*OR experience selling recruitment or hiring-related services
*Comfortable generating your own leads with minimal supervision
*Strong research skills and ability to target the right companies
*Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
*Highly organised, self-motivated, and reliable
*Access to your own laptop, phone, and outreach tools
*Availability for 16–20 hours per week
This is a standalone role with simple processes — no complex CRM or agency-style infrastructure.
