They are currently recruiting experienced paralegals or litigation executives to join their specialist motor fraud and casualty fraud teams. Your new role
In your new role as a Paralegal or Litigation Executive specialising in Casualty or Motor Fraud, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload, managing files from inception through to resolution. The work involves a dynamic mix of cases, including exaggerated claims, staged incidents, and complex organised fraud, false vehicle damage, and inflated hire or repair costs.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal with comprehensive litigation expertise or a litigation executive. A solid background in casualty litigation is essential, and candidates with experience handling litigated matters involving RTA, credit hire, fraud, and casualty will be particularly valued.
