*Competitive Salary: Starting at €829.09 per week (Year 1), rising to €959.87 per week (Year 6).
*Overtime: Guaranteed 39-hour week with opportunities for overtime up to 48 hours per week (over a 16-week rolling period).

*Annual Leave: 20 days (increasing to 23 with service), allocated as 1 week Spring, 2 weeks Summer, 1 week Winter.

Roster & shifts:
*Work/life balance: A reliable 5 days over 7 (5/7 shift) roster.
*Structured Time off: A 5-week rotation includes 3 Sundays and 2 Saturdays resting.
*Shifts: Early, middle, and late shifts in operation. We operate 364 days a year, only closed on Christmas Day.
