Location – Oxford
Salary – £13.00 per hour
Job Type – Temporary
Duration – 11th March – 26th April
Hours – 25 hours per week, 10.00am – 3.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)
We are recruiting for a Lettings Advisor to support a new PBSA development in Oxford during a key launch period. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering viewings, managing enquiries and supporting occupancy during a busy booking cycle.
This position would suit someone with previous lettings, leasing, sales or strong customer service experience who is confident engaging with prospective students and driving conversions.
The role
*Deliver professional and engaging property viewings
*Manage enquiries via phone, email and social media
*Proactively follow up leads to maximise booking conversions
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
*Support social media activity to promote availability
*Ensure the show flat and communal areas are presented to a high standard
*Assist with open days and marketing events
*Provide administrative support linked to the lettings process
About you
*Previous lettings, leasing or sales experience preferred
*Confident and professional communicator
*Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
*Organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable working independently
*Available for the full fixed-term contract
