We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join a education company near Tiptree! This is a role perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, ideally within a sales or travel background, who is looking for a new challenge.

The role is office based working Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 (35 hour week) with free onsite parking! Starting salary will be based on experience + commission based on performance.

Duties will include:
*Dealing with new and existing clients to provide information and quotes
*Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
*Liaising with internal departments to confirm details and requirements
*Taking part in research and training to help understand the market
*Be able to find and pursue leads within the CRM
*Providing accurate information and ensuring internal guidelines are adhered to
Experience needed:
*Confident making outbound calls and communicating via phone and email
*Able to deliver exceptional customer service
*Able to use computer systems and CRM systems
*Self motivated and happy working in a targeted environment
*Experience working within an account management, sales or customer service environment
