About the RoleWe are seeking an innovative Occupational Therapist to join a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team in Chigwell. Based in a purpose-built facility designed to support children and young people with autism, this setting offers extensive outdoor space and state-of-the-art resources to deliver outstanding therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities*Therapeutic Intervention:
*Deliver individualised occupational therapy interventions tailored to children and young people with complex needs.
*Consultation & Guidance:
*Provide expert consultation to education and residential teams, promoting a clinically informed learning and living environment.
*Training & Development:
*Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of colleagues supporting young people.
*Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration:
*Work closely with fellow Occupational Therapists and other professionals to ensure holistic and consistent care.
*Family & Stakeholder Engagement:
*Build positive relationships with young people, families, and stakeholders to promote outstanding developmental outcomes.
*Leadership & Best Practice:
*Act as a role model, guide, and mentor within the service, supporting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
