Job Description:
Chalk Hill Group are supporting a growing SME, based in Southampton, who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office/Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities
*Raising and processing invoices accurately and efficiently
*Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
*Making bookings and coordinating schedules
*Maintaining office records and filing systems
*Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
*Previous experience in an administrative role
*Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
*Experience of invoicing
