Job Description:
Customer Service Sales Advisor
*Annual Salary: £25,396.80 plus bonus
*Location: Milton Keynes, MK14
*Job Type: Full-time, working hours would be Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week and working 8.30am – 5pm each day with a half hour unpaid lunch break.
Join our dynamic Customer Service and Account Management team as a Sales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by proactively converting sales leads. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their career in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and manage inbox, providing expert product knowledge and technical guidance.
*Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value and achieve set targets.
*Confidently discuss various funding mechanisms, offer finance packages, and provide quotations.
*Convert initial inquiries into firm orders or quotations through proactive outbound calling and emailing.
*Manage the full customer journey, including order processing, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with production or logistics teams.
*Build rapport with customers to drive engagement and increase conversion likelihood.
*Investigate and resolve complaints, billing queries, and returns professionally and efficiently.
*Accurately document all interactions and update customer records on systems such as Elms2, Quote Log, and Zoho CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in sales, ideally with a background in selling healthcare-related products or services over the phone - desirable.
*Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
*Exceptional level of tenacity and resilience, focusing on activity and persistence.
*Excellent communication skills, manner, and presentation ability.
*Outgoing and persuasive personality, patience, and self-motivation.
*Ability to use initiative, strong teamwork, and networking skills.
*Attention to detail and commitment to delivering on promises.
*Adaptability to change and ability to provide feedback on customer needs and suggestions for improvements.
