Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives based in the Norwich area. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities:
*Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing of windows (e.g., saws, welders, routers)
*Assemble window frames, sashes, and fittings following production specifications
*Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any defects
*Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines
*Report faulty machinery or tools to the supervisor
*Any other duties as required
Requirements:
*Previous experience in window manufacturing or a similar production environment is desirable but not essential
*Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
*Good understanding of measurements and basic math skills
*Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
*Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Shift Pattern:
*Monday to Friday
*15:00 - 00:00
