Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking for a friendly, client-focused high street firm where you can build long-term relationships and make a real difference in your local community? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, approachable and growing law practice in Witney.
The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload, including:
Wills & Estate Planning – Advising clients on drafting wills and planning for the future
Probate & Estate Administration – Handling straightforward and complex estates
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) & Court of Protection – Supporting clients with mental capacity matters
Trusts & Taxation – Assisting with trust administration and inheritance tax planning
Client Engagement & Networking – Building strong relationships within the local community
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor (4+ years PQE) with solid experience in Private Client law
Strong client care skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
A personable, empathetic approach – you enjoy working closely with individuals and families
Some experience in business development or networking would be an advantage
STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
