What you will do:

- Prepare and administer chemotherapy and biological therapies safely, following protocols and local policies.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before treatment, including physical examinations and risk assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses during and after treatment, identifying and addressing any complications or side effects.
- Provide supportive care and symptom management for side effects such as nausea, fatigue, and neutropenia.
- Document all patient care accurately in records and electronic systems, ensuring precise communication across the network.
- Offer thorough patient education on treatment plans and side effects, empowering patients with vital self-care insights.
- Support patients and families emotionally, psychologically, and practically throughout their cancer journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, pharmacists, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and care planning, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
