Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer – Bristol
A well-established, community-focused firm in Clifton is expanding its residential conveyancing team. The firm is keen to speak with a Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ experience handling a varied caseload.
The Position
*Run your own residential property files from instruction through to completion
*Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy matters
*Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
*2–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Confident managing a full caseload independently
*Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
