A top-tier national firm with a standout public sector practice is looking to recruit into its Procurement team. The group advises central government, local authorities and major public bodies on complex, high-value UK projects.
What is the role:
*Advising on public procurement law across infrastructure, housing, health, education and regeneration
*Drafting and negotiating grant funding agreements
*Subsidy control matters
*Competition and public law issues
*Cross-team projects with energy and infrastructure specialists
About You
*5+ years’ PQE with strong procurement experience (contentious and non-contentious)
*Experience in subsidy control and grant funding agreements
*Knowledge of competition or public law is beneficial
