A well-established and growing accountancy practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Personal Tax Manager to take ownership of a varied and high-quality client portfolio. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, progression and the opportunity to shape the personal tax offering within a forward-thinking firm.
Tax Manager – Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of HNWIs, directors, entrepreneurs and trusts
*Reviewing complex self-assessment tax returns
*Providing advisory support on CGT, IHT, residence/domicile and succession planning
*Acting as the key point of contact for clients
*Supporting and developing junior staff
*Identifying tax planning opportunities and cross-selling wider services
Tax Manager – Ideal Candidate:
*CTA / ATT qualified (or qualified by experience)
*Strong background in personal tax within practice
*Comfortable managing complex portfolios
*Commercially aware and client-facing
*Able to review work and mentor junior team members
Tax Manager – The Package:
*£70,000 salary
